About Melissa

I am a patient, calm, creative, and friendly caregiver with over seven years of experience caring for children ages 12 and up. I am passionate about helping parents with their children and have a knack for making them feel safe, loved, and nurtured. Whether playing educational games, engaging in physical activities, or providing assistance with daily tasks, I strive to create a positive and enriching environment for the children in my care. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I am CPR and First Aid certified and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve the children and families I work with. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building strong relationships with parents, so I make sure to provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup. I also respect and follow the parents' preferred communication method.
