I interviewed Melissa for a position to watch our two-year-old. She was warm, I'd like to talk to, and very thoughtful. She emphasized how important it is to her to fit in with the family and the dynamic, figuring out how she can pitch in and help out. Her approach to getting the best behavior out of kids let's proactive, empathetic, and demonstrated her mastery for working with young children. We didn't end up being able to work together at the moment due to other circumstances but I hope we get to in the future!
