About Melissa

Hi there! My name is Melissa, and I'm 30 years old with a passion for working with children. As the fifth of nine siblings in a large family with over 80 cousins, and a proud aunt to a niece and nephew, I've been surrounded by kids my entire life, and I love being with them! I'm available for both part-time and full-time positions and bring a warm, imaginative approach to caregiving. I love engaging in imaginative play, arts and crafts, baking, games, and encouraging creative time. I also enjoy planning special outings, and helping in any additional way, including meal prepping, cleaning, and doing laundry. I like maintaining a clean and organized environment and am creative and fun! I graduated from Holy Cross College at Notre Dame with a dual degree in Graphic Design and Studio Art, focusing on illustration. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, watching classic TV shows, podcasting, exploring nature, and spending time with my big family. I look forward to meeting you!
