Melissa worked with us as our full time, live out Nanny for a little over a year and we had such a wonderful experience. As a full time work from home Mom during this time frame it was a unique opportunity where I was able to actually see and hear the quality of care Melissa provided. Our daughter was 14 months at the time Melissa started with us and she had a baby brother on the way. Melissa was fantastic with the transition from one child to two for both myself and my daughter and I am so glad we had her during this time. Melissa excels at child development skills and activity implementation such as arranging playdates, story time at the library and setting up learning and craft activities with an abundance of patience and grace. She was simultaneously able to provide newborn care once our second baby was born and she did it with ease. Melissa always met our kids where they were at developmentally and sought to teach them new skills. It was such a pleasure to have worked with Melissa and I would hire her again in an instant!
