About Melissa

I helped to care for a wonderful woman for two years. I'd care for her at the weekends and when her weekly caregivers took time off. Her family were wonderful and we worked together and were very open with communication regarding her care. I'd usually go in the morning and help with breakfast then get her ready for the day, get her washed and dressed. Then we would do her exercises and play her games that helped with her coordination after that it was time for lunch. While I made lunch she would usually take a short nap. After lunch we would do a short walk around when she was able and then she would watch some tv. Throughout the day I would also give her medication and eye drops plus take her to the bathroom
