I am looking to care for children out of my home in East China. As a caring and experienced childcare provider, my passion for nurturing children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. With 20+ years of experience under my belt, I have honed my skills in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to build strong bonds with children and their families. I believe open communication is key. That's why I provide daily written reports and engage in verbal communication during pickups. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and structure in the children's lives. I enjoy a wide range of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. My formal education, coupled with my diverse experiences in a daycare setting as well as nanny for 4 separate familes, allows me to cater to all ages.
