I also took care of my grandmother for several years living with her for a few years. Then in 2008 I was hired by Pioneer Valley Home Care & have worked for them for the past 15. 5 years. I have terminated by employment with the agency for personal reasons. I have decided be everything from companionship all the way up to hospice care. I am in the process of getting my HHA & my CNA.
