Melissa was very kind to my mother when she cared for her. She was reliable, had a positive attitude, and accommodated my mother’s preferences, which I very much appreciated. It was important to my mother to have her belongings cared for just as she would have done, if able. Because of her broken pelvis, Mother had little control over even the little things, and it meant it much to know that Melissa would oblige her wishes.
