About Melissa

As a nurturing caregiver with 16 years of experience, I find great joy in fostering children's growth and development. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my innate desire to make a lasting impact on young lives. I believe that patience, creativity, and a friendly approach are essential qualities for a caregiver, and I strive to embody these traits in my interactions with children. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. To keep parents informed about their child's well-being, I provide written daily reports, verbal communication during pickup, and regular updates via text or phone calls. I am comfortable caring for up to three children of various age groups, from infants to preteens. My education includes some college coursework, and I have completed valuable training programs such as First Aid Training, CPR Training, and coursework in Early Child Development.
