Give Melissa a call; you will be hiring exactly what she sounds like: a friendly, easy-going, capable caregiver. I am so grateful for the weekend care (12-hr days) Melissa gave to my dementia-affected mom. Melissa coordinated with the M-F aide and kept her system going. She made my 91 year old Dad happy by waiting on him and making him feel important. I felt relief almost as soon as Melissa arrived. I highly recommend her!
