Hi, my name is Melissa however I go by Lisa. I have been in the home care field for over 20 years now. I have been employed in all aspects of geriatric care, from owning a home care agency, to provide hands on care to my patients in both a home setting and a hospital setting. I believe my goal is to help each senior maintain as much independence and integrity as possible. I enjoy each day learning more from the older population and if you listen closely you can learn a thing or two, they have been through it all. It is hard on the seniors to loose their independence even just a little at a time and I am here to help try to make the transition a little easier for all that is involved. My son who is 2 and a half and on the spectrum spends 5 days a week with Melissa and he absolutely ADORES her. She is very patient and caring with him.
