About Melissa

My last long-term job teaching was for 7 years as I was the founder and director of our homeschooling association--(2015 through 2021) which employed 18 teachers and we had over 200 students aged infant to high schooler. I was also a teacher in that organization for three different classes .. robotics... arts and crafts and middle school and elementary sciences. I also assisted heavily with the theater program. I was also sole director and coach of our Middle School robotics program which advanced to the World championships two years in a row. I have over 3 decades experience working directly with children in many different areas. I have worked directly with many homeschooling families off and on for over 30 years. I've also worked teaching with the Adult Literacy Council for a couple of years in South Texas.
