Hi everyone, my name is Melissa! About me: I love working with kids, and have experience with newborns, infants and toddlers. I trained as a physical therapist in Colombia in 2016, and am applying that experience supporting families as a nanny in New York I care about being a partner to parents. Most recently, I supported a1-year-old child enrolled in Early Intervention for physical development delays, for which I handled any at-home stretching and exercises. For the same family, I cared for their toddler when she was home from PreK. Other skills I have brought to nanny jobs include preparing children for school, school drop-off/pick-up, lunch preparation, teaching Spanish, accompanying children to swim class, physical therapy, doctor appointments etc. I am also very used to taking children to all the city has to offer, including play groups, library story time, museums, the zoo, and more. I'm fully vaccinated, have a valid driver's license, and strong references
