Missy worked for our family for a year and a half, from Feb 2014 until Aug 2015, taking care of our two young children full time. Our daughter was about 6 months old and our son had just turned two when she started with us. Missy was kind, dedicated and committed to working with our kids, not as just her job but as a career. She ensured the kids were safe at all times, but also had fun and enjoyed their days. She was great about keeping the kids on their regular schedule, and consistently reinforcing our rules just like we were there ourselves. She was always on time and made sure to teach the kids to pick up their toys and cleaned up the house at the end of the day. Missy's love for her job and our kids was so obvious in all she did. She was always looking for new adventures and suggesting new games, toys, or educational experiences for the kids. She was by far the best nanny we could have asked or hoped for.
