About Melissa

I started to babysit at about 9 years old, started caring for my younger sister when my mother wasn't around and babysat toddlers in my teens. I have more experience due to being a mother to my 2 daughters, ages 9 and 4, and caring for my 1-year-old niece. I gained professional experience working as an assistant teacher in the 2-year-old classroom at a child care center for a year. I'm Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED certified through American Heart Association and completed modules online for Infant/Child CPR. I'm able to cook if needed and for an additional cost I can do housekeeping tasks or care for pets. I'm available on some weekends or late night hours depending if I have my children (share custody). *Additionally, I can use an app to give daily reports for your infant/toddler to keep you up to date on their day and has built-in messaging!
