About Melissa

I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I've spent the last 20+ years creating safe, nurturing, and educational environments for children. My friendly, creative, and patient personality allows me to connect with children easily. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they're always informed. As an experienced Early Childhood Education professional, I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and am well-versed in positive guidance and social-emotional development. I'm also a mother and believe in supporting other parents. I hold a bachelor's degree in business management as well as early childhood education director certification and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a full time job but I enjoy making extra money to support my summer road trip habit! I'm available evenings and weekends only.
