About Melissa

I've been a childcare provider for over two decades because I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I use a variety of games to play with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children of all ages and have some college coursework in early childhood development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation and carpooling. I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of children and support families by providing a reliable and nurturing childcare option.
