About Melissa

I am an enthusiastic and skilled caregiver with a Bachelors degree in psychology and certification in CPR. My experience in behavioral therapy as a board-certified technician has taught me that every child is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet each child's individual needs. With experience in debriefing, I ensure parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, arts and crafts, and educational games. As a college graduate, I possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 0 to 11. I have a car, so transportation is not an issue. I'm also comfortable with pets and have experience caring for various animals.
