About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and humorous. I like caring for seniors because it gives me a sense of worth and satisfaction. I feel seniors are not given the respect they deserve when they still have so much to offer. I'm looking for a job that helps keep a person in their home longer and relieves tension from the family providers for that person. I started caring for seniors when I was in my thirties. I helped care for my grandmother and a family friend until she had to be in full-time care. currently, I live in a 55 and older community and help any of my neighbors with chores and errands. In my spare time, I like to play with my pets, spend time with family, hike, and kayak. One thing you should know about me is I give 100% of myself. My skills include transportation, meal prep, light house/yard care.
