Melissa is an amazing, understanding person who takes into account the whole person when caring for her clients. She took care of my mother's physical needs by helping her get dressed, making her favorite meals and exercise in addition to many other needs. She assisted my father in brainstorming solutions to every day problems and developing a plan for long term solutions. She was punctual, dependable and adjusted her schedule as my parents needed more assistance. She contacted us if there were concerns she felt should be addressed. I would highly recommend Melissa for any care giving needs.
