We hired Melissa to be a nanny for our 8-month old for 3 weeks. Melissa was great with our daughter and our daughter loved Melissa's energy during play time. She was great with all the usual tasks (changing her diaper, going on walks, etc.) and she was always on-time. Even though her time with our daughter was short, they formed a solid bond.
