We hired Melissa to help with childcare once a week to free up time for work. She was very commutative and even tested the day before her first day with us to confirm time and address. Then, when I was ready to go to work and the kids were excited to meet their new friend, she never showed up. She didn't call, text, or return our calls. I had to miss work. Very dissatisfied.
