Currently I am an RBT (registered behavior technician) which means I work with kids who are on the spectrum, autistic, trauma or problematic behaviors. My work background is as follows: From 2015 to present Day 2024 *I worked for Norwalk Public schools in CT as an ABA therapist for an agency and then as a Bilingual instructional aide. After that I also worked in the Stamford School district in CT as an RBT. When that ended I started with an agency that let me work in Ridgefield and Stamford Public schools in CT as an RBT for the past 3 years and currently New Jersey as well since I moved. Therefore, I have experience with autism and problematic behaviors professionally for about almost 9 years now. I am passionate about what I do because I want to see children strive in the future. Babysitting has always been a side gig because I enjoy being surrounded by children of all ages. :)
