I have had several years' experience working in child care, ranging from infant care to early teen care. I would hire Melissa again and again she is an amazing and patient caregiver. My daughter is low functioning autistic, Melissa was incredible with her. We relocated because of my husband's job and requested Melissa accompany us but she wanted to remain in North Shore. I can't recommend her enough. She is kind gentle and funny, a nanny to aim for. Enough said.
