About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate and understanding I like caring for seniors because I like to visit with them and assist where needed I'm looking for a job where everyone works together to complete it and it's done correctly. Communication is a big factor. I started caring for seniors when my friend told me her aunt and uncles company needed caregivers. Before starting there, I helped with my grandmother. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, family, and dog and cats. One thing you should know about me is I treat my clients like they are my family and I will advocate for them. I think understanding their situation/healthcare/companionship needs, whatever the case may be helps to have a good working relationship with the client.
