About Melissa

Melissa H from South Pasadena, CA Hello! My name is Melissa, a current sophomore at New York University and located in the East Village. I have had a plethora of experience with young children, ranging from creating my own English tutoring business to local babysitting since I was 15. My most prolific amount of experience would be my time in Guangzhou, China, where I spent numerous summers holding English-Improvement classes for kids ages six to 14. Besides that, I was a frequent volunteer at Saint James Episcopal Church Daycare, where my primary jobs were entertaining, feeding, and tutoring kids. I have also worked as a college preparation assistant, helping edit and prepare students' college admissions essays.
