About Melissa

I am 20 years old and an undergraduate at Colorado State University, hoping to achieve a bachelor's degree in International Studies with a double minor in Spanish and Business. I spent most of my teen years working in the church nursery and helping out with all of the children from babies to kindergartners to elementary age. After graduating high school, I spent a year abroad living in the UK and during my time there I was a part of an outreach program that focused on helping with youth ministry (junior high and high school). This semester I am a mentor in the Campus Connections program at Colorado State University which focuses on helping At-Risk Youth. I have babysat here and there but have never looked into a seasonal full-time position until now. I think the most important thing to know about me is I will work hard to provide children with a fun, active, educational experience while maintaining a safe environment!
