About Melissa

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare professional with over two decades of experience. As a creative and friendly caregiver, I'm always willing to learn through play. I believe in clear and open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods, whether that's written daily reports or another method. I readily follow the household rules set by the parents. My favorite games to play with children are educational games that promote learning and games that encourage movement and sensory exploration, including music. I have a college degree and am certified in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE). I'm comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 0-11 and am happy to help with light housekeeping and crafts. I have transportation and am comfortable with pets.
