About Melissa

As a caregiver with four years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. My creative and friendly personality allows me to easily connect with children and build trust with both them and their parents. Through open communication, which includes verbal updates at pickup and regular text or phone call updates, I ensure that parents are always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I am comfortable caring for two children. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse and also hold a previous Nursing Assistant license as well. I have worked with all ages of children in the past and have working the healthcare field for 12 years now. I feel comfortable saying I have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe and nurturing care for your child.
