Melissa (Missy) has been our sitter for about 2 years. She is flexible, dependable, detail-oriented, a great communicator, and has been absolutely amazing for our family. Missy started watching our son when he was 4 months old and always made sure this first time mama was informed about his day, always sent pictures and made sure that our son felt like part of the family. We never worried about our son when he was with Missy and knew he was well cared for and loved. As our situation has changed over time and our son grew, Missy has adjusted and always done an amazing job in caring for him. She plans fun activities for him, works on his development while also maintaining his safety and discipline in a gentle way. Our son has gotten so much out of his time with Missy and has become part of their family, as Missy has become part of ours. She is one of a kind and we feel so lucky that we found her.
