About Melissa

I'm nationally certified as a caregiver and assisted living manager. I have been a caregiver in the past. One resident I cared for was paraplegic and needed help with daily exercise and physical therapy exercises for strength and rehabilitation. I would cook, clean, drive him upon request, help him when he fell, dress and sometimes help bathe him. He needed companionship. I was a caregiver for another resident who was limited mobility due to hip replacement surgery and I helped organize, cook, clean, walk her dog, water plants help her in and out of bed or couches/chairs, run errands for her, take her to appointments, just be there for anything she needed. I would make myself available anytime she called to requested my help. I really just want to be of service to those in need in my community and bring a loving, patient, genuine kind attitude into others lives. It is in my nature to help others and I'm a natural healer with a big heart.
