As a mother myself, I know 1st hand how hard it is to leave your child in someone's care. This was especially hard as a new mother working full-time when it came time to return to work. I cried for months leaving my baby boy. It wasn't until I found a lady to care for only him then my daughter when she was born 16mos later. It is so important as parents we find that person with whom we connect with and trust. Our children are the most important people in the world. They need to be loved and nurtured. I don't know which age group is my favorite, as newborns they are so delicate and depend on us to do 100% of everything for them. Toddlers- we get to see their personalities shine. They are so proud when they learn to use the big kid potty and start trying to feed themselve. Then when they start school, they are so excited to learn, as pre-teens / teens, it's a different ballgame. I'll love your kids as though they were mine.
