Melissa cared for my 1 year old during the newborn phase of my 2nd child. She was a loving caretaker that will also upheld my expectations. Melissa has been around young children throughout her life. Caring for them seems like it's just second nature for her. She doesn't get flustered easily with them and is so patient. If I could make it happen, I'd just have her live with us!!!
