About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, conscientious, and friendly. I like caring for seniors because I grew up in the church, surrounded by lots of "adopted grandparents." I love hearing stories & different perspectives. I'm looking for ways to help others, in any capacity. don't want to talk? No problem! Need some help with bathing? I have experience with that. I'm hard to scare off! In my spare time, I like to go on walks/hikes, spend time with my 2 cats & husband, puzzles (all kinds), & read. I'd love to get back into crocheting/painting, but also love to try things. I am incredibly responsible, organized, and positive. I strive for open communication, based on your preferences. My career background is primarily in healthcare & social work, so I am no stranger to difficulties. I value family above all, and understand that trusting someone with your loved one can be difficult. Anything that I can do to ease any worries you have, I will gladly do. I hope to hear from you!
