Melissa help me take care of my mom before she passed. Melissa even help me with the funeral arrangements and spend time with me going through the hard process. I have no family or friends so it was very meaningful that she did this. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to get through it at all. My mom was difficult to handle at times, but she seemed to really enjoy spending time with Melissa. Melissa would treat my mom to, "spa days," and do her hair, makeup, and nails. Which I could tell it made my mom feel good about herself. Even on days that Melissa was off of work, she would bring her children to visit my mom, and her children starting calling my mom grandma. 🥰🥹. Melissa's was not only compassionate and loving, she also was very intelligent and knew what she was doing. We talked about her going to school for nursing, and I love the knowledge that she would give me. I trusted her 1,000% inside my home, and with my mother. If I need her again I would definitely use her and only her. Nothing against anyone else but I know Melissa's 100% the person that I needed in my life.
