About Melissa

I LOVE babies, children and seniors! My passion is to care for others. I am a college graduate and a postpartum and birthing doula. In addition, I owned a nanny agency for 10 years. When I lost my Mom suddenly years ago I closed my agency and went another direction. I recently worked as a Job Coach for the Chester County Intermediate Unit but I yearned to work independently again like I have for most of my life, so I started to care for a senior, who became family. She is declining and her daughter decided it is time to put her into a memory care facility. In addition, I work 1-2 evenings for a family that has a severely disabled son who is wheel chair dependent, has a GT tube and numerous other complications. In my spare time I am a substitute teacher. I am extremely reliable, responsible, mature, upbeat and caring. I am married and have 2 amazing, fun and kind children, who are 10 and 13. I love to dance, travel, garden and do art (painting and drawing).
