Hello, my name is Melissa. I'm currently enrolled at AB Tech for my early childhood certificate. I have one more class to go. I have current CPR and first-aid certificates. Along with experience with children birth to 6 months. I am SIDS certified. I have nine years of experience working in early childhood education. One of my favorite things working with children from birth to 4 years old is seeing the rapid growth from young infancy to childhood. I have two children of my own. I moved to asheville with my wonderful husband in 2013. I love everything that WNC has to offer.

Melissa provided childcare during the day for my son from the time he was 8 months until 2 years old. During that time, she was incredibly caring and loving towards my son! She was extremely mindful of his food allergies and always communicated proactively if she noticed any concerning behavior changes, signs of illness, but also any fun/positive things that happened that we did not get to see during the day. I felt incredibly safe with my son in her care and trusted that she always prioritized his safety, happiness, and health.
