I can't say enough good things about Melissa. I hired her remotely to help my parents with cleaning with hopes that she could help with my mom (dementia). She did a fantastic job getting the house back in shape and was even willing to trim the bushes for my dad. Super easy to communicate with, flexible and cheerful. I'm hoping she'll be available when they return to Nevada in the spring.
