She is very sweet and helpful. We went Hawaii in November 2024 And Japan in May 2023 and had to leave our 5 dogs, 3 cats, 3 birds and 2 turtles and 2 fish at home😅😅😅. She was very thorough and on time. Returning back home everything was taken care of with the pets. Totally recommend!!!
