About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as patient, soft spoken, gentle, likes to listen, likes the outdoors, likes to go for walks, active and easy going. I like working with kids because they are cute and still learning and I love the opportunity to teach them good things in life and how to be kind at each other. I'm looking for a job that makes a difference on someone's lives and that will help them succeed in life. I started working with kids when I have my own, 15 years ago and still do to this date working as a school nurse aide in schools PK-3 to 6th graders. In my spare time, I like to sing karaoke, dance, go to the gym, go for walks, traveling, hanging out with friends, skydiving and watching movies. One thing you should know about me is I work full time as a school nurse aide during school hours and I care for an elderly twice a week in evenings and I have free time on other evenings and some weekends. My skills include patience, active listening and compassion.
