Melisa is WONDERFUL! Our family's needs have changed, but I would hire her again in a heartbeat! She is so at ease with children. When I returned to work after maternity leave, she nannied my infant daily. I felt so confident leaving my son in such capable hands. Leaving my son was hard, but Melisa made it so much easier. Her calm yet fun demeanor put my son right at ease. She also watched my four year old son on a day he was out of school. He still talks about wanting to have "Miss" Melisa come back! What I appreciated most about Melisa was her desire to learn how I would do things if I was home. She truly respected my place as "mama" and desired to be "my hands and feet" while I was away. I can't recommend her enough!
