About Melisa

With a passion for serving the senior population, I am a dedicated CNA who values the wisdom and experiences of elders. I believe that every senior deserves respect and care, a principle instilled in me during my upbringing. Inspired by the African proverb, "When an elder dies, a library burns down," Our senior community provides a wealth of knowledge that if not shared would be lost to time. I have volunteered in nursing homes, completed clinicals in post-acute settings, and worked directly with clients to assist with daily activities such as ambulation, meal preparation, feeding, grooming, bathing, errands, and so much more. As a mother of two, I balance my professional and personal life, enjoying family time, traveling, and embracing new challenges.
