Mela was a good fit for us right from the beginning. I can see our son really loves her and has so much fun with her. We can see that she genuinely enjoys what she does and really exerts an effort to engage our son in activity. She's also very smart and picks up instructions very quickly, we've never had to worry about her not figuring something out even if we forget to give her instructions. She has a very calm aura about her that I find very reassuring. Many times I arrived home late to find our son fed, dressed for bed, or maybe even snoring soundly, sometimes on top of Mela (he passed out from all the exertion I suppose). I take that as a sign that our son trusts her completely too. Some people babysit just because. Mela truly has a gift for it, and as I said really enjoys what she does, and it shows.
