Had multiple conversations that I thought were exactly what we were looking for- Unfortunately, she was a no-show and no communication for the meet and greet that we had pre-scheduled Days in advance…. She did not provide me with three references. She provided me with one that was unreachable and when I asked for additional references, she did not provide. I mostly understand things happen but ‘no communication’ is unacceptable no matter what someone’s résumé or experience is. For someone who claims great care and great experience, with great talk -the basics are not there from my perspective she was hired and didn’t show up to the meet and greet - Super disappointed because I thought she would’ve worked out beautifully. Unfortunately, what the resumes are, what they say they do, and what actually happens is where the rubber meets the road…. I hope someone else has a different experience. Communication is absolutely key. No exceptions.
