I am 52 and I have been a caregiver my entire life. I've worked with adults and children. Everything from learning disabilities to autism and from paralysis to ALS and MS. I am kind, patient, compassionate, and have a very calm personality. I have experience with trachea care, cough assist, ventilators, g-tubes, colostomies, catheters, hoyer lifts and more but know every person's needs are different and it's my job you learn what you need personally, even if it's something I have experience with. What one person prefers may cause another person pain, and I want to learn whatever gives you, personally, the best quality of life. I love my job as a caregiver and getting to know the individuals that I get to help. I am already registered with CDASS as a caregiver so if you use their program, getting me set up as your attendant should be easy.
