Melinda is incredible a Nanny. She is very caring and we appreciate her calm demeanor. She has been taking care of our son since he was 3 months old. Our son was a preemie and very small. She took great care in his feedings, tummy issues, and everything in between. She was very receptive and helped when we were working on milestones- even with his PT exercises! I always felt comfortable being at work with her at home. She is great with communication as well as sending photos/ updates if requested! She is very flexible. I can’t recommend her enough!! (I hope she is available for our next baby!!)
