I am a student at George Mason university I am an creating my own major therapeutic recreation and human services I am 26 years old. I have been in the human services field for about 5 years now. I have worked in group homes, teaching daily life skills to individual with developmental disabilities. Been a live in aide about 3 times now, worked with Jewish community center as inclusion counselor and being involved in adult program, worked at a day program called service source, worked for Howard county therapeutic parks and recreation, Frederick county therapeutic recreation and Fairfax county therapeutic recreation. I am still a live in aid and I have a great relationship with the family in Fairfax county. I also am a direct support professional with an agency. I work as a mentor as well taking a couple individual out into the community to make friends and do fun activities such as baseball games, going to movies, museums, Dave and busters, going to the park.
