Although I do not have a huge background; growing up my childhood best friend's sister was Autistic and I fell in love with her personality. I often spent more time over at her house more so than my own and she became a sister to me as well. After graduating from middle school alongside my best friend, there was an opportunity to take an elective class to assist with special needs students every single day. This was immediately something I knew I wanted to do. Like my friend's sister, I quickly began to know them, know their specific conditions and how to care for them individually. A huge piece of my heart was left with these students when I graduated and I have always wanted to have the opportunity to grow these similar relationships again and show my passion for special needs children and ensure them, that they are perfect just the way they are.

We highly recommend Rachel! She consistently arrived on time with a smile on her face. She cared for our 2 kids, a 5 year old and 3 year old and made it look easy. She built a connection with our kids in a short amount of time and was very understanding when they were in hard to please moods. She is energetic and creative and always strives to come up with new activities to keep the kids happy! Rachel is kind, patient, compassionate, organized, responsible, flexible, the list goes on! If you are looking for a trustworthy and dependable nanny or recurring babysitter look no further! We will miss Rachel!
