I am compassionate, conscientious, and highly proficient senior myself with 18+ years experience. I am uniquely qualified to service the needs of seniors. My skillset offers tremendous benefits to clients and I enjoy great satisfaction making use of my expertise. I began this journey in when my father became ill with COPD. Soon after he passed I began caring for my mother for 10 years who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. In my free time, I read books and articles about health and wellness. I enjoy exercise, gardening, cooking, watching sports with my husband and mentoring my nephew. I have extremely high personal empathy. This allows for a level of caring, honesty & reliability that is hard to find in a caregiver. As a result, when I take on a client, I am totally committed to the family and I pride myself on that commitment. My skills include cooking, medication management, medical advocate, physical rehabilitation/exercise, cleaning and organizing. I look forward to meeting you.
