I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I'm patient and calm, which helps me resolve conflicts peacefully. My creative and imaginative side allows me to come up with fun and engaging activities for the children in my care. I'm also friendly and approachable, which helps me build strong relationships with both children and families. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method and am always happy to discuss their child's day or any issues that may arise. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents.
